Platform roles
Safra supports customer, chef/vendor, and admin roles. Each role has separate responsibilities, dashboards, and permitted actions.
Chef listings
Chefs are responsible for accurate dish descriptions, pricing, preparation time, availability, images, allergen notes, and order fulfilment.
Orders and payments
Customers must provide accurate delivery or pickup information. Payment gateway availability may depend on country, provider approval, and admin settings.
Verification and trust
Verification badges may be granted or removed by admin based on internal review, documentation, quality, and platform standards.
Commission and fees
Admin may configure commission, platform fees, payment fees, and payout handling according to marketplace rules.
Account safety
Safra may restrict accounts that misuse the platform, publish misleading listings, violate safety rules, or attempt fraud.
